Spain's Grupo Cox to Invest $2.9 Billion in El Salvador, Including Over $600 Million for Water and Sanitation

El Salvador has signed a $2.9 billion investment agreement with Spain's Grupo Cox covering energy, natural gas and water infrastructure, with more than $600 million earmarked for water resource management and sanitation.
